Statement by TUV Leader Jim Allister QC:-
 
"Anyone who saw IRA/Sinn Fein leader Adams lay down the law about no return of the British Army, even if required, will have noted that his 'authority' on this issue comes from the fact that foolishly policing and justice was devolved by the DUP to his terrorist-inclusive Executive, requiring consultation with it if the Chief Constable needs the Army. Hence the strengthening of the bloodstained hand of those who are the godfathers of terrorism.
 
"The pitiful 'ask them' response of Peter Robinson, when quizzed if Sinn Fein Fein leaders could do more to stop terrorism, illustrated just how neutered the DUP has become by reason of its political alliance with Sinn Fein. There was a time when Peter Robinson proclaimed in Parliament and the Assembly the murderous deeds of IRA/Sinn Fein, but now he sits flustered and embarrassed when such issues are raised."
