Statement by TUV East Belfast candidate David Vance:

“TUV is all about bringing real change to Northern Ireland politics and that is why, for this General Election, I have launched a website, a Twitter page and Facebook site to enable as much interactive communication with the people of East Belfast as possible. I believe that modern technology is not a replacement for direct dialogue but rather an enhancement and something which our Party embraces. However politics must be about substance, not froth, and so whilst using this technology I want to talk about the issues that really matter to local people, the issues which some of the other pro-appeasement unionist parties would prefer we kept quiet about.
