TUV have announced that the party will hold a major pre-election rally in Lisburn Orange Hall on Saturday night at 7:30 pm.

Speaking ahead of the event the TUV’s Assembly candidate for Lagan Valley Lyle Rea said:

“We in Lagan Valley are very much looking forward to welcoming party colleagues from across Northern Ireland to the constituency.

“It is only natural that an event of this nature would be held in Lagan Valley given that it has proven to be such fertile ground for the party in the past. It was in this constituency that TUV sent shockwaves though the political establishment after the Dromore by-election. In the European election TUV again polled well in the area and in the Westminster election last year my election agent, Keith Harbinson, established a solid based for an Assembly seat.

“I would urge everyone in the Lagan Valley area and indeed further afield to come along on Saturday night and hear what TUV has to offer. Speakers will deal with a whole rage of issues facing Northern Ireland at the present time including education, health, the economy, Stormont’s pseudo-democratic system and how it can be reformed and the vital issue of how we can develop and grow Northern Ireland’s ailing economy.”
